5POINTZ

Here I have designed a collection to benefit and aid graffiti artist. Inspired by a graffiti site in New York called ‘5-Pointz’, that got destroyed by developers leading to a legal battle and debate the cultural significance of street art.

I developed prototype overalls, though the use of CLO3D, being able to easily adapt my pattern and fit in order to get the best protection and movement needed for the artist. Through the use of Gerber Software I was able to print and construct my garment, seeing how it fit on a real life model and the further adjustments needed to the design. I was able to gain an understand of the CLO3D software and how its fits translate into real life construction.
