My final year collection is a simulation of how humankind would survive in the event of an emergency reputation on Mars, due to earth being no longer inhabitable. This new life on mars is sustained from upcycling the resources brought with them, as a new sustainable, circler life is formed on mars. 

In the project I created narrative with eight different profiles, ranging in age and gender. Each profile is built with different skills that will help aid this new life on mars.  When constructing each profile I carefully considered what types of clothing, bags and accessories they would bring with them. I only used secondhand garments, as I deconstructed them to give them new life and function in order to aid humankind survival on mars.
